By purchasing or using services from Canadian WP Site (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please read carefully.

1. Overview of Services

Canadian WP Site provides:

Template-based WordPress website builds

Managed WordPress hosting

Optional website maintenance plans

Related digital services

Our services are standardized and systemized. We are not a custom web design agency.

2. Website Build Services

2.1 Scope of Work

The one-time fee Website Build Package includes:

• One (1) template-based WordPress website

• Up to five (5) pages

• AI-enhanced content based on client-submitted information

• Stock images

• Simple text-based logo (if needed)

• Basic SEO setup (title tag, meta description, sitemap)

• One (1) revision round

• Delivery within 72 hours after complete intake submission

This is a standardized service.

Custom design, branding, integrations, ecommerce, advanced SEO, or additional revisions are not included unless purchased separately.

 

2.2 72-Hour Delivery Timeline

The 72-hour build timeline begins only after:

• Full payment is received

• The intake form is fully completed

If required information is missing, the project will not begin.

Canadian WP Site is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions.

 

2.3 Revision Policy

Each website build includes one (1) revision round.

Revisions must:

• Be submitted within 48 hours of receiving preview

• Be consolidated into a single submission

Additional revisions are billed separately.

Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in automatic approval and publication.

 

3. Managed Hosting

3.1 Hosting Requirement

All websites built by Canadian WP Site require managed hosting through Canadian WP Site/partners for activation.

Hosting ensures:

• Site security

• Updates

• Backups

• Uptime monitoring

• Performance optimization

3.2 Minimum Commitment

Managed hosting requires a minimum six (6) month commitment from activation date.

After the initial 6-month period, hosting renews monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

 

3.3 Payment & Billing

Hosting fees are billed monthly via automatic recurring payment.

If payment fails:

• Client will be notified

• A grace period of seven (7) days will apply

• If unpaid, the website may be suspended

Continued non-payment may result in permanent deactivation.

 

3.4 Suspension & Deactivation

Canadian WP Site reserves the right to suspend services for:

• Failed payments

• Breach of these Terms

• Illegal or prohibited content

Backups may be retained for up to 30 days after suspension.

After that period, data may be permanently deleted.

 

4. Website Ownership

Clients own:

• Their website content

• Their domain name (if separately purchased)

• Their intellectual property

Websites are built on WordPress (open-source platform).

Clients may request a copy of their website files if moving to another hosting provider after the commitment period.

Canadian WP Site does not lock clients into proprietary systems.

 

5. Maintenance Plans (If Applicable)

Maintenance plans are optional unless bundled.

Maintenance includes:

• WordPress updates

• Security monitoring

• Limited monthly support tasks (as defined in plan)

Maintenance does not include:

• Custom development

• Full redesigns

• Advanced SEO

• Unlimited support

Unused support time does not roll over.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• Website build fees are non-refundable once production has started.

• Hosting fees are refundable only if cancellation occurs before activation.

• Maintenance fees are non-refundable once service period begins.

Chargebacks or disputes may result in service suspension.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information

• Submit intake promptly

• Review previews within 48 hours

• Maintain lawful content

• Not upload malicious or infringing material

Client is responsible for all content submitted.

 

8. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use Canadian WP Site services for:

• Illegal activities

• Fraud

• Copyright infringement

• Malware distribution

• Hate speech

• Adult content (unless otherwise approved)

Violation may result in immediate termination.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Canadian WP Site is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Loss of revenue

• Indirect damages

• Third-party plugin failures

• Hosting outages beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client in the preceding 3 months.

 

10. Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on:

• WordPress core software

• Third-party plugins

• Hosting infrastructure providers

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

Canadian WP Site is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

 

11. Termination

Canadian WP Site reserves the right to terminate services for:

• Non-payment

• Abuse of support

• Violation of Terms

• Fraudulent chargebacks

Termination may result in website suspension or removal.

 

12. Modifications

Canadian WP Site may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes agreement to updated Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Manitoba.
